腹の底から勘違いしていたからこその結果です。
大野病院事件の起訴が検察のスタンダードとは言い難いことは以前に述べました。

というのが検察のスタンスですが、黒と思うか思わないかは、個々の検察官（影響が大きいのは庁の長）の判断によります。

事故調査委員会の医師３名の誤った（県の圧力に医者の良心を曲げた）結論
と
検察側医師鑑定
が後押ししたから
との指摘がありました。
このブログで望んでも得られなかった状況が、ヲチスレで実現されているような気がする（＾＾）
私も驚いた。
司法批判一点張りの某医師が、他の医師と思しきヲチャーにたしなめられている。
モトケンさんが蒔いた司法と医療の意思疎通という種が、アッチの場所で芽を出しつつあるのかな。
