救急搬送受け入れ拒否事例に関する調査

受け入れ拒否と言われてもこれは調べるまでも無く受け入れが困難なものが多そうです。
精神科医が24時間対応できるとか、産科医が自分の病院のかかりつけの妊婦さん以外に未受診妊婦さんまで手が回るとかいう病院自体がどれくらいあるんでしょう？

救急医療については受け入れ困難例を調べるよりも、そもそもどのくらい受け入れ能力があるものかを調査しないとどうにもならないと思います。
調査しちゃったら見たくない現実を見るハメになるのは判ってますけどね。

　アル中の受け入れが嫌な理由として、意識がなければ、ICU管理かHCU管理になるにしても、保険請求すれば切られるし、本人も家族も自費では納得しないことが多く、いろいろな意味で手がかかること。しかも、そんなに飲ませておいて、店の迷惑だからと救急車を呼ぶことも少なくない。
　精神科救急も、当番が決まっていても、キャパ不足。一般の救急病院では、手に負えないし、受ければ、手のかかり方は、しばらく他の患者がとれないほど。
　季節の変わり目など、特定の時期に、薬物過剰摂取の患者が大量に発生すると、対応する側としてもうんざりするし、薬剤を処方した精神科の先生は、そんなのは救急病院で対応しろと高飛車な態度に出ることが多く、やるきがなくなる。
と、本音を書いてみる。

当院は三次救急病院で、二次も断ることなく、地域の最後の砦となっているようですが、当院の救急救命科の医師によると、この調査期間には救急受け入れ要請がかなり減ったようです。
つまり、各病院ともこの調査期間にはあまり受け入れを断らなかったようですね。その辺の事情は調査をした消防庁自身もよく分かっているとは思うのですが・・・

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
