池田さんのブログを始め日本人のブログへの投書には欧米のブログへの投書と異なる共通の性格がある様です。それは、ブロッガーに対する尊敬または配慮からか、対立する意見が殆ど聞かれない事です。海外に半世紀住んいる私の感覚は欧米化したのかも知れませんが、平均的日本知識人の感覚は私から見て付和雷同ばかりで異常です。私は学生の時から、友好的とはいえ、何時も攻撃的かつ批判的な他人の意見（Devil's Advocateと言います）を聞くのになれておりますから、他人から攻撃されて当たり前で、もし全面的に支持する意見を聞くと却って何か魂胆があるのではないかと思ってしまいます。欧米人が日本の討論を聞けば討論なんてやる必要が無い無駄な時間つぶしだと思うでしょうし、特に国会の討論などはあまりに程度が低くて子供の喧嘩にしか見えないでしょう。
日本では違った意見を持つ事は敵だと見なされるので、批判的な意見を言う人は袋だたきに遭うか、またはブログから事前に削除されてしまうのでしょう。これは池田さんの様な、どちらかと言えば異端児といえる人への投稿でも同じだと思います。異端児同士で自分たちの範疇に入らぬ人たちをけなし馬鹿にして溜飲を下げている、としか私には思えません。日本には日本特有の社会慣行があり、遠慮、謙遜、正直、思いやりなどは他国に類を見ない美徳ですが、その反面、異質な人に対して敵対的または排斥的態度をとる人が多いようです。特に学術的討論の中に個人攻撃が入るのは言語道断です。どんなに非論理的で間違った理論であろうとも攻撃すべきは理論そのものであって、それを作った人についてとやかく言うのは学者として失格であり、どんなに有効な議論であろうと他国の学者から尊敬や賞賛を受ける事は無いでしょう。
まことに正論だと思います。
議論であればこうあるべきだと思います。
で、議論でもなんでもない悪口に対してはどうするかと言えば相手が無名であればスルーですね。
で、相手が有名人で社会的に影響力があって、かつ悪口しか言ってない時にどうするかという難問が残ります。
これは非常に稀な場合だと思うので正解がありますやら。
日本では異なる意見を認めない不寛容の傾向があると思います。その反面、自分の意見を認めてくれないあるいは最初から反対の意見に対して、厭味皮肉当て擦りにとどまらず、誹謗罵倒をわざわざ出張して行う方までいるようです。
まずは、お互いに異なる意見を認めて、どの論点で異なるか、共通点と相違点をお互いに認識して、よりよい結論に達する議論ができることを望みます。違う意見だと、カタキみたいに一方的に誹謗嘲笑したり、属性で個人攻撃したり、詭弁やレトリックや揚げ足取りまでして非難するのはいただけないと思います。
前にも書きましたが、池田氏は経済学でトンチンカンなことを言ってて、信用しない方がいいです。それこそ、小倉弁護士の指摘通り、彼は経済学者とは思いがたいです。

スレ違いと異論について感想ですが
ここでもスレ違いということが、私には感情的？な対立となっているように思えます。当然、議論というのもある枠組み（論理理系？）の中で行われるものであって、枠を超えると議論そのものが危うくなり、感情的な対立のみとなりかねません。スレ違いとは（私が考える枠）から外れているいうことと理解しましすと、ここに限らず、どこでも暗黙の枠というものがあるようですが、これが個人ごとに一定していない、誤解とか齟齬とかがあることは避けられず、それを意識せずに個々の判断のみを相手に強要する無益な論争になっているのではないでしょうか。差を互いに意識し、明確にしていくことで自らの意見、考えを明確にし、無意識から有意な世界へ転換することで、一つ上の状態を目指すという姿勢を忘れないことがより有意義なことと思えます。違和感（感情）を強調するばかりでは、いわゆるアラシにしかなりえないと思います。とは言え、短い文章で、論理的にも正確に意思を伝えることは困難ですね。
私が批判と顰蹙を覚悟で「スレチ」を連発したのは、トピックやエントリを無視して池田さん批判や誹謗を展開した部分に限りました。それはアンチ池田さんの荒らしの嵐を呼んでトピックの議論が成立しないことを恐れたからです。ご理解いただけたら幸いです。m(_ _)m
つまり池田氏批判大合唱という「小宇宙」「異界」をこのトピックで産出されたことを慮ったからです。

私も一緒にスレチと言いたかったのですが、それのみでは、言いたいことが伝わらず感情論になってしまうのではないかと思い、いろいろ考えてかえって論点があいまいになってしまいました。感情論でもそれを冷静に評価し互いに建設的な方向に持っていければいいのですがね、どこがスレチなのか、そう思う根拠は何なのかなんてことから、もっと掘り下げた議論ができればと思ったのですが。こういった場ではよほどの表現力が無ければ困難なのですかね。
